In HIGH and SPECIAL season and to formalize bookings made by telephone or directly at the hotel route, you may request an advance payment, which will be based on the booking date and length of stay, from the first night, up to 30% of total amount of the reservation.

Cancellation of reservation will be entitled to retain as compensation, the signal required if:

It is canceled less than 21 days prior to booking and SPECIAL HIGH season.
It is canceled with less than 7 days before the booking MID and LOW season.
