THE SANCTUARY “OUR LADY OF REGLA”. Started as a fortress for the “Ponce de Leon” family
and later Augustinian Monastery. It is built in the Gothic style. Now run by the Franciscan Community.

from 17:00 to 20:30.
THE PARISH CHURCH “OUR LADY OF THE O”. Built in 1579 in the Gothic style and partly
modified in the XVIIIth Century under the influence of the Baroque and Neoclassicism style. Location:
Juan Carlos I Square. Phone: 956 37 01 92. Visits: Monday to Saturday: 10,00-13,30 & 19,00-21:00.

THE CHAPEL “CHRIST OF MERCY”. Juan Carlos I Square. Te The Christ of Mercy is credited with
the miracle that save the town from flooding caused by the earthquake of Lisbon in1755.Visiting hours:

THE CASTLE – INTERPRETATION CENTRE “CÁDIZ AND THE NEW WORLD”.
Centre dedicated to the relationship of the province of Cadiz with the discovery and colonization of
America.
Visiting hours: Tuesday to Sunday and Festival Days: from 10:00 to 14:00. Closed: Mondays. The last
visit will take place 45 minutes before closing. Prices: General: 2 €. Reduced: 1 €. (Under 14 years, pensioners

“THE CHAMELEON” NATURE AND THE LITORAL INTERPRETATION CENTRE
This centre is dedicated to the study of the Chameleon, Chipiona´s native animal species, and the town´s
